Safe Chimney Liner Replacements
Stainless steel chimney linings are typically installed in chimneys when changing fuel types, adding a wood stove, or for furnaces or flues that are compromised. Stainless flue liners can even be installed in some fireplaces, though they are typically not the best option for that application.
Gas, oil, wood stoves, coal, and pellet stoves all typically need a stainless flue liner for proper ventilation. Not installing a liner with some of these types can lead to a large amount of creosote buildup on typical flue tile or brick that can be extremely difficult to remove.
If not removed, it runs the risk of safety hazards, most commonly chimney fires, but also requires special care and extra materials when relining.
Turn to EJ Chimney for stainless relining and liner replacement services. Stainless liners come with a lifetime warranty and are great at resisting creosote buildup and furnace exhaust effects. Fill out our form to request a call
